Tips for Use
Whenever someone asks me how to use these sauces I always say the same thing. Just put them on the table and add directly to your meal. My sauces are made with fresh peppers so adding them straight to your food is the way to go. Cooking with them diminishes the sauces’ fresh qualities. If you do cook with them, simply add it at the end of the cooking process to allow the freshness to shine through!
Rudi’s Hot Sauces are a triple-refined-style hot sauce, which means they have a smooth consistency with zero chunks. This makes them great for mixing into other refined products to boost flavour and heat. These are some great examples of concoctions using Rudi’s Hot Sauce.
Get creative and play around with the proportions!
